Jiantao Laminate (01888) appoints Yung Hoi Yan as independent non-executive director

Zhitong Finance App News, Jiantao Multilayer Board (01888) announced that Mr. Ye Shukun, an independent non-executive director, has resigned as a director and will no longer serve as the chairman of the Board Remuneration Committee and a member of the Board Review Committee and Board Nomination Committee. Ms Yung Hoi-yan will be appointed as an independent non-executive director, chairman of the Remuneration Committee, and a member of the Audit Committee and Nomination Committee with effect from 31 December 2025.
