Individual consumers who transfer passenger cars registered in their name and buy new energy passenger cars or passenger cars with a displacement of 2.0 liters or less that are included in the “Catalogue of New Energy Vehicle Models Exempt from Vehicle Purchase Tax” are given vehicle replacement and renewal subsidy support. They purchase 8% of the subsidized vehicle price for NEV passenger vehicles and 6% of the subsidized vehicle price for purchasing fuel fuel passenger vehicles with a displacement of 2.0 liters or less.
