Shanghai Pharmaceutical announced that the Shanghai State-owned Assets Administration Commission adjusted its shares in Shangshi Group to Jinzhong Holdings, a new subsidiary of Shanghai Shangshi, so that Shanghai Shangshi indirectly owns the rights of Shanghai Pharmaceuticals and becomes the indirect controlling shareholder of Shanghai Pharmaceutical. After this equity adjustment, the share of Shanghai Pharmaceutical shares held by Shanghai Shangshi and its co-actors increased from 25.303% to 38.748%. The actual controller of Shanghai Pharmaceuticals is still the Shanghai Municipal State-owned Assets Administration Commission.
