ECR Minerals Finalizes AU$1 Million Purchase of Raglan Resources

04:31 AM EST, 12/30/2025 (MT Newswires) -- ECR Minerals (ECR.L) expanded its gold mining portfolio as it concluded its acquisition of Raglan Resources for AU$1 million. The acquisition adds the License ML 3665, or the Ragland project, in Queensland, Australia, to ECR Minerals' portfolio, according to a Tuesday filing. As such, the London-listed exploration and development company noted that it is preparing to begin production at the site in 2026.
