The 5th Member Congress of the Chinese Association of Real Estate Appraisers and Real Estate Agents was recently held in Beijing. Nearly 600 member representatives from all over the country attended the conference. Jiang Wanrong, a former member of the party group and vice-minister of the Ministry of Housing, Urban-Rural Development, was elected chairman of the 5th Housing Science Council.
