The Zhitong Finance App learned that on December 30, the Passenger Transport Association and An Luqin jointly released the Passenger Vehicle Intelligence Index. Currently, the passenger car intelligence index has three sub-indices, namely the smart cockpit index, the intelligent driving index, and the outboard intelligence index. According to the data, the passenger car intelligence index for November 2025 was 37.7. Among them, the smart cockpit index is 40.0; the intelligent driving index is 41.2; and the outside cabin intelligence index is 21.5.

In November 2025, the smart cockpit index was 40.0, up 1.8 units month-on-month, showing a significant increase.

In November 2025, the intelligent driving index was 41.2, an increase of 1.6 units over the previous month, with a significant growth trend.

In November 2025, the Extravehicular Intelligence Index was 21.5, an increase of 2.1 units over the previous month, continuing the previous growth trend.

In November 2025, retail sales in the national passenger car market were 2.225 million units, down 8.1% year on year and 1.1% month on month. Among them, the NEV market retailed 1.32 million units, up 4.2% year on year and 3.0% month on month.

In November 2025, the passenger car intelligence index reported 37.7, a sharp increase from the previous month. The three core sub-indices are rising at the same time, and the intelligent development trend of the industry is strong. Specifically, the smart cockpit index was 40.0, up 1.8 units from month to month, showing a sharp growth trend; the smart driving index reached 41.2, up 1.6 units from month to month, with a significant growth trend; and the outside cabin intelligence index was 21.5, up 2.1 units from month to month, continuing the previous upward trend.

The three major indices are growing simultaneously, reflecting the dual acceleration of technology development and scenario applications in the passenger car intelligent industry chain. Whether it is the optimization of the cockpit interaction experience, iteration of driver assistance functions, or breakthroughs in external sensing technology, all have made substantial progress.
