The Zhitong Finance App learned that InnoSec (02577) rose nearly 15% at the end of the session. As of press release, it had risen 14.39% to HK$77.5 million, with a turnover of HK$729 million.

According to the news, recently, NXP officially confirmed that it will close its “Echo” fab in Chandler, Arizona, USA. The factory is scheduled to close after producing the last batch of wafers in the first quarter of 2027. TSMC made a decision to gradually withdraw from the GaN foundry business in July 2025 and will completely stop GaN foundry services by mid-2027.

Notably, Nvidia recently announced more than a dozen partners, including CoreWeave and Oracle, to prepare for 800 volt DC power architectures and ultra-high density computing environments with a single cabinet power density of 1 megawatt (MW). As early as August of this year, InnoSec joined Nvidia's 800V DC power architecture partner list as the only Chinese chip company, providing full-link gallium nitride solutions for its AI data center, helping the power density of a single cabinet exceed 300kW.
