On December 30, according to the “Jingdong Blackboard”, JD Home Economics announced that it will invest 1 billion dollars in training and construction capital over the next 3 years, focusing on the development of high-standard nursing care courses, strengthening the training of nursing service personnel, and then introducing standard, standardized, and safe special services for the elderly; introducing intelligent training methods such as AI teaching assistants and VR training; building more than 150 standardized training bases to form a team of 1,000 teachers; and building a comprehensive management system integrating practical training management, employment matching and quality traceability to improve training efficiency and service quality.
