The Zhitong Finance App learned that Diakangshiyun-B (02592) rose by more than 4%. As of press release, it had risen 4.1% to HK$5.08, with a turnover of HK$7.9587 million.

According to the news, Baokangshiyun-B announced that on December 29, 2025, the Company has received a voluntary letter of commitment from Water Lily Consultants Inc., one of the largest shareholders. Water Lily has voluntarily promised the Company that it will extend the ban on the Company's shares or other securities (or has legal or beneficial interest in them) from the day after the expiration of the original ban period (that is, January 3, 2026) (including the same day) until the date of expiration of 6 months from the above date (i.e. July 2026) 2 days), or an earlier date separately agreed between the Company and Water Lily.

Voluntary commitments are made solely by Water Lily to the Company and do not constitute any obligation of Water Lily to any other person (including any other party to the Letter of Underwriting and/or Hong Kong Underwriting Agreement).

As of the date of this announcement, Water Lily: holds a total of 158 million shares, accounting for about 18.71% of the total number of issued shares; and restricted share units granted to it under the equity incentive arrangement are entitled to collect 63.1565 million shares, subject to the relevant conditions of such restricted share units.
