According to the National Bureau of Statistics, the value added of core industries in the national digital economy in 2024 was 14089.1 billion yuan, accounting for 10.5% of GDP. Looking at the internal composition of the core industry of the digital economy, the value added of the digital technology application industry was 6192.8 billion yuan, accounting for the highest share of the core industry of the digital economy, at 44.0%; the value added of the digital product manufacturing industry was 4814.5 billion yuan, accounting for 34.2%; the value added of the digital factor driving industry was 2651.9 billion yuan, accounting for 18.8%; and the digital product service industry was 429.8 billion yuan, accounting for 3.1%.
