Following the above purchase, Ms. Luo held an interest in a total of 2,867,200 shares, equivalent to 1.39% of the total issued share capital of the Company as of the date of this announcement. Prior to the increase in shares mentioned above, Ms. Law used her personal funds to purchase a total of 472,300 shares on December 12, 16, 17, 18 and 19, 2025, respectively, at a total cost of about HK$38.9 million. Along with the shares purchased in the above transaction, as of the date of this announcement, its total purchase amount for this month was approximately HK$66.32 million, showing strong confidence in the company's future development.
