Mr. Wang Yiqun is the chairman.

The composition changes of the Company Audit Committee and the Company's Remuneration Committee are as follows, effective from December 29, 2025: Dr. Zhang Jie, a non-executive director and chairman of the board of directors, has been appointed as a member of the Remuneration Committee. Executive Director Mr. Tse Chi Wing is no longer a member of the Remuneration Committee. Mr. Liu An, an independent non-executive director, has been appointed as a member of the Audit Committee.
