China Art Finance (01572) enters a settlement agreement with creditors

Zhitong Finance App News, China Art Finance (01572) issued an announcement. On December 23, 2025, the company entered into a settlement agreement (settlement agreement) with creditors. According to the settlement agreement, the Company is required to pay the settlement amount (the amount is HK$8 million) to the creditor in accordance with the repayment terms set out thereunder, and the creditor must release and release the Company from liability under the statutory debt repayment statement after receiving all of the settlement amount. Therefore, on the premise that the Company has settled all of the amounts in accordance with the settlement agreement, it is considered that there is no reason to file a winding-up petition based on legal requirements to seek a court order to wind up the Company.
