According to the Zhitong Finance App, Jiufulai (08611) issued an announcement stating that the relevant company authorized its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary Henan Lixuan Network Technology Co., Ltd. (Henan Lixuan) to use the “Jiufulai International” name in the business of its partners. Since the announcement was issued, Henan Lixuan has actively carried out market expansion and cooperative merchant development, and the business has made significant progress. As of the date of publication of this announcement, Henan Lixuan has established cooperation with more than 4,000 merchants, covering more than 29 provincial regions in mainland China. Since the Group completed the acquisition of Henan Lixuan until the date of this announcement, the total amount of commodity transactions generated by the relevant cooperation has exceeded RMB 150 million (unaudited). This cooperation reflects the results of the expansion of the Group's authorized business model and lays the foundation for future business growth.
