According to Zhitong Finance App News, Baiying Holdings (08525.HK) announced that the following changes to the Company's Joint Company Secretary and Authorized Representative will take effect from December 24, 2025: Ms. Wu Jiawen has resigned as a co-company secretary and authorized representative due to work arrangements, while Ms. Kwan Lok Hing has been appointed as Co-Company Secretary and Authorized Representative; and Ms. Yang Lexing has resigned as Joint Company Secretary due to personal reasons. Ms. Shi Jingyi has been appointed as the Joint Company Secretary. The Exchange has approved the Company's exemption from strict compliance with section 5.14 and section 11.07 (2) of the GEM listing rules for a period of three years with respect to the appointment of Ms. Shi Jingyi as Joint Company Secretary.
