07:55 AM EST, 12/29/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Curasight (CURAS.CO) confirmed its plans to issue a convertible loan note totaling 40 million Danish kroner to Fenja Capital II after securing authorization by shareholders. The facility is divided into a 25-million-krona convertible loan and a 15-million-krona tranche that may be drawn in the second quarter of 2026, according to a Monday release. The first tranche, which partly refinances an existing loan, matures in one year and carries a setup fee of 5%, plus interest on drawn and undrawn amounts. The Danish biotechnology company entered into the loan agreement on Dec. 12, but the deal was subject to the results of an extraordinary general meeting held on Monday.
