Shanghai Petrochemical announced that the wholly-owned subsidiary Inner Mongolia Xinjinshan Carbon Fiber Co., Ltd. plans to increase the registered capital of 600 million yuan. Among them, Sinopec plans to increase the capital of the carbon fiber company in the form of a private agreement at the same subscription price as other publicly listed strategic investors. The subscription capital of no more than 300 million yuan will account for no more than 25% of the shareholding ratio after the capital increase is completed; the remaining registered capital to be increased by no more than 300 million yuan will be subscribed simultaneously by other strategic investors through public listing and selection.
