Shangtang-W (00020) completed placement of 1.75 billion new Class B shares

Zhitong Finance App News, Shangtang-W (00020) issued an announcement. All conditions set out in the placement agreement have been met, and the placement matters were completed in accordance with the terms of the placement agreement on December 29, 2025. In accordance with the terms and conditions of the placement agreement, the placement agent has successfully placed a total of 1.75 billion shares to no less than six transferees at an placement price of HK$1.80 per share, which is equivalent to about 4.60% of the number of Class B shares issued and 4.52% of the number of issued shares immediately before the placement was completed; and the number of issued Class B shares was about 4.40% and the number of existing issued shares after the issuance and expansion of the placement shares.
