The estimated construction area of the target property registered on the real estate transaction registration platform is 13561.85 square meters, and the registered unit price is 10,000 yuan/square meter. Cruise Center Company and Lujin Real Estate plan to first sign a commercial housing sales contract based on the registered unit price of the target property. The contract amount is 136 million yuan.
