Qingdao Holdings (00499): Yin Desheng and Li Xue resign as independent non-executive directors

Zhitong Finance App News, Qingdao Holdings (00499) announced that Mr. Yin Desheng (Mr. Yin) and Mr. Li Xue (Mr. Li) have resigned as independent non-executive directors (independent non-executive directors) of the Company in accordance with the Company's corporate governance code relating to the tenure of independent non-executive directors, effective from December 29, 2025. The resignation complies with the corporate governance rules set out in Appendix C1 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Limited (Stock Exchange) stock listing rules.

The Board of Directors is pleased to announce that after Mr. Li's resignation as disclosed above, Ms. Qi Yan (Ms. Qi, an independent non-executive director and a member of the Audit Committee, Nomination Committee and Remuneration Committee since June 27, 2025) has been appointed as the Chairman of the Audit Committee with effect from December 29, 2025.
