(hereinafter referred to as “Huatai International Finance”), a subsidiary of Huatai International Financial Holdings Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Huatai International”), a wholly-owned overseas subsidiary of the company, established an overseas medium-term note plan with a total principal amount of up to US$3 billion (or equivalent in other currencies) on October 27, 2020 (hereinafter referred to as the “Winner Plan”). On December 29, 2025, Huatai International Finance issued two medium-term notes under the above winning plan, with an issuance amount of HK$620 million and HK$430 million respectively.
