China Sanjiang Chemical (02198) and Jiahua Energy signed a purchase agreement for condensate and other materials

According to Zhitong Finance App, China Sanjiang Chemical (02198) issued an announcement. On December 29, 2025, the company (including its subsidiaries) and Jiahua Energy & Chemical Company (including its subsidiaries) signed a purchase agreement for condensate and other materials to regulate the relationship between suppliers and customers. According to the ammonia purchase agreement, the Company (including its subsidiaries) has agreed to supply ammonia to Jiahua Energy & Chemical Company (including its subsidiaries) for a period of 1 January 2026 to 31 December 2026.

Ammonia is a by-product of the production process. Since Jiahua Energy & Chemical Company (including its subsidiaries) and the Company (including its subsidiaries) are located in the same economic and technological development zone, the two parties cooperate in a non-exclusive manner to develop new ways for the company (including its subsidiaries) to sell ammonia. Since the Group's production base is close to the base of KWah Energy & Chemical Company (including its subsidiaries), the transportation costs of the Group supplying ammonia to Ka Wah Energy & Chemical Company (including its subsidiaries) can be reduced. For the above reasons, the Group entered into an ammonia purchase agreement with Jiahua Energy & Chemical Company (including its subsidiaries).
