Chifeng Gold announced that as of December 29, 2025, the controlling shareholder Li Jinyang and Yantai Hanfeng ZTE Management Consulting Center held 190 million shares and 51.552 million shares of the company respectively, accounting for 10.02% and 2.71% of the total share capital; Li Jinyang released the pledge of 34 million shares on December 26, 2025, accounting for 17.86% of its holdings and 1.79% of the company's total share capital. After the cancellation, the two sides pledged a total of 52.9 million shares and 9.177,700 shares respectively, accounting for 27.78% and 17.82% of the company's total share capital, accounting for 2.78% and 0.48% of the company's total share capital.
