Today, at a press conference hosted by the China Council for the Promotion of Trade, a CCPIT press spokesperson released the “2024 Global Intellectual Property Protection Index Report”. The “Report” shows that judging from the composite index, the global intellectual property protection pattern shows a trend of multipolarization, and the level of intellectual property protection in China has greatly improved. The overall performance of European countries is still outstanding, accounting for half of the top ten countries. China ranked 7th out of 25 countries, with excellent performance in various fields, such as ranking first in intellectual property protection performance, continuing to lead in total application volume and industry impact indicators; ranking second in protection infrastructure, leading R&D talent and enterprise investment in the world; second in international cooperation, with remarkable growth in overseas layout and innovation exports.
