According to the Tianyancha App, recently, the dispute between Wuhu Paper Folding Network Technology Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Jia Er Culture Communication Co., Ltd. was updated, and the enforcement objection ruling was made public. The case was due to a cooperative dispute between Paper-folding and Love and the producer's theme secret room organizer. The court found that in the previous arbitration, it was determined that the “Love and Producer Theme Secret Room Authorization Cooperation Contract” and its “Supplementary Agreement 1” should be terminated from the date the arbitration award was made; the defendant company should pay 219,500 yuan of ticket revenue share and liquidated damages within 15 days from the date of entry into force of the ruling, return of 500,000 yuan of loans, overdue interest and late payment of penalties, and payment of 100,000 yuan due to late provision of settlement data and related supporting documents. According to the case process, in September 2022, Shanghai Jiaer Culture Communication Co., Ltd. was executed for about 900,000 yuan as a result; in August of this year, the court announced the addition of Mr. Li as the executee, and within the scope of his pledged investment of 5.1923 million yuan, Shanghai Jia Er Culture was unable to pay back the debt determined by the arbitration award.
