Listen to the news

Insiders who bought Eden Innovations Ltd (ASX:EDE) stock lover the last 12 months are probably not as affected by last week’s 12% loss. Reason being, despite the recent loss, insiders original purchase value of AU$294.0k is now worth AU$386.4k.

Although we don't think shareholders should simply follow insider transactions, we do think it is perfectly logical to keep tabs on what insiders are doing.

The Last 12 Months Of Insider Transactions At Eden Innovations

The Non-Executive Director Douglas Solomon made the biggest insider purchase in the last 12 months. That single transaction was for AU$294k worth of shares at a price of AU$0.035 each. Even though the purchase was made at a significantly lower price than the recent price (AU$0.046), we still think insider buying is a positive. While it does suggest insiders consider the stock undervalued at lower prices, this transaction doesn't tell us much about what they think of current prices.
