The Shanghai Stock Exchange issued the “Shanghai Stock Exchange Issuance and Listing Review Rules Application Guidelines No. 9 - Commercial Rocket Companies Apply the Fifth Set of Listing Standards on the Science and Technology Innovation Board” to support commercial rocket companies that are in a critical period of large-scale commercialization and apply the fifth set of listing standards to land on the Science and Technology Innovation Board. Another achievement of the Science and Technology Innovation Board's “1+6” reform initiative has been implemented. The “Guidelines” clearly state the phased results requirements for applying the fifth set of listing standards on the Science and Technology Innovation Board as “achieving at least the first successful launch payload of a medium and large launch vehicle using reusable technology into orbit at the time of application.” Analysts pointed out that the “Guidelines”, a milestone, fully fits the technological development stage of commercial rocket companies in China. On December 3 and December 23, the Blue Rocket Space Suzake-3 and Aerospace Science and Technology Long March 12A reusable rockets were launched into orbit one after another. According to information, Tianbing Technology's Tianlong 3, Galaxy Power Zhishen Star 1, Interstellar Honor Hyperbola 3, and Zhongke Aerospace Power Arrow 2 all have listed reusable technology as their core development goals.
