Yi'an Technology announced that the company and Tailing Technology Co., Ltd. signed a strategic cooperation agreement on December 24, 2025. According to the agreement, Yian Technology will act as Tailing Technology's strategic supplier of magnesium alloy parts, and will be responsible for providing R&D, production and ensuring supply and service of magnesium alloy parts for its two-wheel electric vehicle products. The two sides will establish a mechanism for regular high-level meetings and set up a joint working group to be responsible for daily matchmaking and technical coordination. Specific commercial terms such as supply quantity, specifications, price, and delivery cycle will be signed separately.
