The 5th National Forum on Green Intelligent Mining Technology and Equipment with the theme of “AI Empowers Green, Intelligent and Safe Mining in Mines” was recently held in Kunming, Yunnan. The conference aims to further forge industry consensus and promote the promotion and application of green and intelligent mining technology in mines. At the conference, Shao Anlin, an Academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, conducted an in-depth analysis on the three dimensions of mining development missions in the new era, the challenges of green and low-carbon transformation, and the direction of technological development under the title “Technology Empowers the Green and Low-Carbon Transformation of the Mining Industry”. A number of well-known industry experts, scholars, entrepreneurs and frontline technical managers discussed the core topics of intelligent and green mine development, thoroughly exchanged new technologies, new achievements, new equipment and new industry trends and needs, and jointly drew up a blueprint for high-quality development of the “15th Five-Year Plan” mining industry.
