According to the relocation plan and actual situation, the company decided to carry out relocation work on the factory located at No. 618 Meiyuan Street, No. 23-25 Xiejing Road, and No. 27, Xiejing Road, Jiangyin. The Jiangyin factory will officially stop production from January 24, 2026.

The purpose of this relocation was to respond to the local government's policy of leaving the city and entering the park and to optimize the company's location layout. At the same time, the company will invest in a new plant in Jiangyin Lingang Chemical Park with an annual output of 170,000 tons of phosphoric acid and a high-end new material project for vehicles, which is the key layout for the company to achieve industrial transformation and upgrading. The smooth commissioning of the new plant in the later stages will help the company accelerate the layout of highly purified and refined product directions, and the development of a diversified product strategy will have a positive impact on the company's revenue and profits.
