Due to job changes, Zhou Jing resigned as the company's financial director. The resignation report took effect on the day it was delivered to the board of directors. After resigning as financial director, Zhou Jing still served as a director and deputy secretary of the Party Committee at Northern Navigation. Nominated by the company's general manager Hu Xiaojun, reviewed and approved by the Audit Committee and Nomination Committee, Tan Chen was appointed as the company's financial director. The term of office was the same as the 8th board of directors.
