Ms. Bu Danlu (Ms. Bu) resigned as an independent non-executive director of the Company, Chairman of the Board Review Committee, and a member of the Remuneration and Assessment Committee due to her continuous tenure as an independent non-executive director of the Company for 6 years, effective December 24, 2025.

Mr. Luo Hong (Mr. Luo) was elected as an independent non-executive director of the 8th board of directors of the Company. The term of office starts on the date of the extraordinary shareholders' meeting (i.e. December 24, 2025) and ends on the date the term of the 8th board of directors of the Company expires. According to the company's articles of association, after his term of office expires, Mr. Luo can be re-elected for no more than six years.

At the 42nd meeting of the 8th board of directors of the company held immediately after the extraordinary shareholders' meeting, the board of directors passed a resolution appointing Mr. Luo as the chairman of the Audit Committee of the Company and a member of the Remuneration and Assessment Committee. The term of office will begin on December 24, 2025 until the end of the term of the 8th board of directors.
