FORTIOR (01304): Proposed Appointment of Sun Yunzi as Joint Company Secretary

According to the Zhitong Finance App, FORTIOR (01304) issued an announcement. The board of directors decided to appoint Sun Yunzi as joint company secretary. The exemption must be granted by the Stock Exchange before it can be implemented, and it will take effect on the day the exemption is granted. The company has applied for an exemption from strict compliance with section 3.28 and section 8.17 of the Hong Kong Listing Rules, which is valid for three years from December 24, 2025 (the effective date of appointing Mr. Sun as Joint Company Secretary). The conditions are as follows: Mr. Sun must be assisted by Ms. Ma during the exemption period; and if the company seriously violates Hong Kong listing rules, the exemption can be revoked.
