The company's board of directors resolved to change the company's financial year settlement date from March 31 to June 30, with immediate effect. Accordingly, the Company's next financial year settlement date will be June 30, 2026, and the next audited financial statement to be published by the Group will cover the 15-month period from April 1, 2025 to June 30, 2026.

The board of directors believes that changing the fiscal year settlement date to June 30 will prevent the Group from competing with other listed companies for external service resources related to performance announcements and reports in the market during the peak period of performance announcements; the first half of the calendar year covers the Lunar New Year, so the third quarter will be more appropriate for the Group to arrange on-site audit work.

The board of directors anticipates that changing the Company's financial year settlement date will not have a significant financial impact on the Group, and no other matters need to be brought to the attention of the Company's shareholders.
