The Bank of Xi'an announced that in order to promote the integration of state-owned shareholders' resources, Changan Trust plans to transfer its 48,268,809 shares to XITU Holdings through an agreed transfer. After the transfer, the total shareholding of the Xi'an Municipal People's Government, the actual controller of the company, remained 1,218,448,240 shares, accounting for 27.42% of the total share capital; Xitou Holdings increased its shareholding to 666,666,659 shares, accounting for 14.99%; and Changan Trust's shareholding decreased to 28,464,156 shares, accounting for 0.65%. The situation of controlling shareholders and actual controllers has not changed.
