Sunshine Nuohe (688621.SH) signed the STC008 injection “Technology Development Contract”

Zhitong Finance App News, Sunshine Nuohe (688621.SH) announced that the company and Zhejiang Xinghao Holding Partnership (Limited Partnership) (“Xinghao Holdings”) recently reached a cooperation agreement on the joint development of the STC008 injection project and signed a corresponding “Technology Development Contract”. According to the “Technology Development Contract” agreement, the company will receive a payment of RMB 50 million from the head of state and subsequent milestone payments, with a cumulative total amount of 500 million yuan (tax included) and an 8% sales share of net sales (excluding tax).

STC008 is a project developed independently by the company. It is mainly used to treat tumor cachexia in patients with advanced solid tumors. Currently, the project is in phase I clinical trials. The signing of this contract is expected to have a positive impact on future results and help enhance the company's profitability.
