(hereinafter referred to as “Industrial Control Construction and Development”, “Party A”) to promote the establishment of a comprehensive and deep strategic cooperative relationship between the two sides, give full play to their respective advantages, focus on the application of new technologies and materials in important fields, and jointly promote the commercialization and large-scale promotion of new business fields such as radiation cooling between the two sides to achieve simultaneous improvement in economic benefits, social benefits and brand benefits. The two sides recently signed a “Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement”.

The contents of this cooperation include: Both parties A and B aim to actively explore and promote the application of new technologies and materials in important fields through their respective advantages in technology and business resources, so as to achieve energy saving and consumption reduction, green and low carbon, and jointly promote the commercialization and large-scale promotion of the two sides in new business fields such as radiative refrigeration and graphene coatings. To achieve the above goals, Party A provides matching application scenarios in new business fields such as radiative refrigeration and graphene coatings, cooperates with Party B to connect projects, and provides full cycle support such as resource docking, demand mining, and scenario iterative optimization required for scenario implementation. Party B provides full-process technical support according to the application scenarios provided by Party A, providing products including but not limited to transmission films, reflective films, transparent coatings, photovoltaic coatings and graphene coatings, etc., and continues to invest in R&D resources, carry out technical iteration and material innovation in response to project scenario requirements, and carry out business testing and promotion in collaboration with Party A to jointly help build core competitiveness.
