On December 22, Shenzhen Everbright Datong Innovative Materials Co., Ltd. signed a cooperation framework agreement with Delos Artificial Intelligence Technology Co., Ltd. The two sides will focus on the artificial intelligence and humanoid robot industry, focus on the R&D of lightweight new materials for body structures and key components, explore the systematic application of AI+Science in material design, performance prediction, process parameter optimization and engineering verification, and promote the transition of new materials from R&D and verification to engineering introduction and industrialization. In terms of cooperation mechanisms, the two sides will explore various models such as strategic shareholding, establishment of joint ventures, and joint construction of joint AI innovation centers/joint laboratories. The two sides plan to work with first-line research institutions, universities and industry partners such as the Shenzhen Institute of Artificial Intelligence and Robotics, the Chinese University of Hong Kong, the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, and the Southern University of Science and Technology to jointly build an industry-university-research collaboration platform to promote innovation in new materials and transformation of achievements in the field of intelligence.
