Zhitong Finance App News, Nokeda Technology (00519) issued an announcement. Jiangsu Norkeda Smart Driving Technology Co., Ltd. (Jiangsu Nokeda), a subsidiary of the company, and Shanghai Caijing Chuangfu Technology Group Co., Ltd. (Caijing Chuangfu) signed a “Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement” to jointly build a benchmark for AI+ technology parks with integrated solutions and intelligent robots.

Adhering to the principle of mutual benefit and win-win situation, the two sides have carried out the following in-depth cooperation on the implementation of intelligent robot scenarios, industrial ecological collaboration, and industrial chain extension:

1. Smart park scenario implementation: Based on the site resources and operating requirements of the Caijing Innovation Service Park, Jiangsu Norkeda provides overall intelligent robot solutions including security, cleaning, handling, etc., and carries out scenario verification within the park. Afterwards, the two sides will further expand the cooperation throughout the park and gradually expand it to other parks.

2. Jointly build an AI RaaS smart system and overseas center: Jiangsu Norkeda provides technical support and consulting, integrates needs, connects resources, and seeks policy support; relies on Jiangsu Nokoda's global sales network to provide one-stop services such as overseas docking and operation and implementation for park enterprises.

3. Industrial ecology and investment incubation linkage: The two sides share project resources, and Jiangsu Norkeda has priority investment rights for incubating enterprises with high potential in the park; it provides relevant enterprises with AI RaaS intelligent technology, industry mentors, and supply chain partner resource support to empower incubated enterprises.

This cooperation will help pilot verification and large-scale promotion of the Group's intelligent robot technology in science and technology innovation parks, strengthen international business advantages through joint construction of product marketing centers, enhance the brand's influence at home and abroad, and accumulate high-quality resources for long-term development through investment incubation and linkage.
