The measures point out increasing support for foreign-funded projects in the manufacturing industry. Continue to increase efforts to attract foreign investment from companies such as hidden champions and leading manufacturing companies. Manufacturing enterprises that added a total amount of 50 million US dollars or more in real foreign capital during the period 2023-2027 will be rewarded. Among them, high-tech manufacturing enterprises will be rewarded at a ratio not higher than 3% of the amount of new actual foreign capital added, while other manufacturing enterprises will be rewarded at a ratio not higher than 2% of the amount of actual foreign capital added. The maximum annual reward for a single enterprise is RMB 50 million, with a cumulative maximum reward of RMB 150 million.
