Yili Holdings (00076) subsidiary and Qingdao Company signed a three-year cooperative management agreement

Zhitong Finance App News, Yili Holdings (00076) announced that Yili Graphite Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, and Qingdao Tiantai Cultural Tourism Industry Group Co., Ltd. signed a three-year cooperative management agreement on December 23, 2025. The main contents of the contract are:

1. From January 1, 2026, the subsidiary will cooperate with the Qingdao Company to expand the business of golf courses and natural hot spring hotels under the Qingdao Company. The subsidiary will introduce artificial intelligence technology and integrate the concept of big health into the Qingdao company's business.

2. The contracting parties agree that the Qingdao Company will pay a cooperative management fee of RMB 1 million to the subsidiary, 10% within 30 days after signing the contract, and another 90% before December 31, 2026. The two parties also agreed that if the Qingdao Company's profit reaches 50 million yuan in 2026, the subsidiary will share an additional 10% of the Qingdao Company's profit. This amount will be paid by the Qingdao Company to the subsidiary before January 31, 2027. (For the 11 months ended November 30, 2025, the Qingdao company had a turnover of 65 million yuan and recorded a profit of 25 million yuan).
