Technip Energies Secures Major Equipment Authorization from Commonwealth LNG

12:05 AM EST, 12/23/2025 (MT Newswires) -- French engineering and technology group Technip Energies (TE.PA) secured a large authorization from Commonwealth LNG for the purchase of long lead-time equipment required for its planned 9.5-million-tons-per-annum liquefied natural gas facility in Louisiana, US. Issued under the existing engineering, procurement, and construction contract, The authorization advances the project towards a final investment decision expected by the first quarter of 2026, according to a Monday release. The order covers key equipment from suppliers including Baker Hughes, Honeywell and Solar Turbines, and represents between 250 million euros and 500 million euros in revenue.
