Intea Fastigheter Buys Swedish Property Leased by Police Authority for SEK107 Million

12:03 PM EST, 12/22/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Intea Fastigheter (INTEA-D.ST, INTEA-B.ST) on Monday acquired a 2.5-hectare property in Öjaby, Sweden, for an underlying value of 107 million kronor, according to a same-day release. The asset has a lettable area of 6,600 square meters and is fully leased by the Swedish Police Authority until 2036 for its seizure and forensic operations. The lease has a rental value of 7.5 million kronor per year and an 85% CPI indexation. Intea added that the site includes a building right for 6,000 square meters, which allows the Police Authority to expand its leased premises through new construction.
