Jiangsu Hongxin (02625): Jia Meng and Zhang Yan nominated as independent non-executive directors

According to Zhitong Finance App News, Jiangsu Hongxin (02625) issued an announcement. Mr. Lin Jiade resigned as an independent non-executive director, chairman of the board audit committee, and a member of the remuneration committee and nomination committee; and Mr. Zhu Bo resigned as an independent non-executive director, member of the Audit Committee, the Remuneration Committee and the Nomination Committee.

At the board meeting held on December 22, 2025, Ms. Jia Meng was nominated as an independent non-executive director, chairman of the Audit Committee, and a member of the Remuneration Committee and Nomination Committee; and Ms. Zhang Yan was nominated as an independent non-executive director and a member of the Audit Committee, Remuneration Committee and Nomination Committee.
