Geely Auto announced on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that all preconditions for the proposed transaction under the merger agreement have been met, and the relevant transaction was completed on December 22, 2025. Formerly a non-wholly-owned subsidiary between companies, Kyokrypton has now changed to a wholly owned subsidiary between companies. Its financial results will continue to be fully consolidated into the Group's consolidated financial statements. However, amounts previously attributable to non-controlling shareholders' equity will be reclassified and written off.
