Geely Auto (00175) completes privatization of Extreme Krypton

According to Zhitong Finance App, Geely Auto (00175) issued an announcement. All prerequisites for the proposed transaction (including privatization and merger matters) under the merger agreement have been met, and the relevant transaction was completed on December 22, 2025. After completion of the proposed transaction under the merger agreement: According to the privatization arrangement, the Company has acquired all issued and previously issued Extreme Krypton shares and Extreme Krypton American Depositary Shares. According to the merger, the consolidated subsidiary has been merged with Extreme Krypton, while Extreme Krypton continues to operate as a surviving entity. As a result, Kyokrypton has been privatized as a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company and delisted from the NYSE.
