Logistea to Buy Three Leased Properties in Sweden for SEK138 Million

09:09 AM EST, 12/22/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Logistea (LOGI-A.ST, LOGI-B.ST) agreed to purchase three fully leased properties in Sweden with an overall pretax value of 138 million kronor, subject to the approval of Sweden's Inspectorate of Strategic Products. The transaction includes the Västra Torp 1:105 property in Karlstad, the Grossisten 1 asset in Kumla, and the Lindeshyttan 2:10 property in Lindesberg, which have a total lettable area of 9,378 square meters and a rental income of 10.9 million kronor per year, according to a Monday release. The Swedish real estate company noted that the properties' current tenants include Bama Foods, Arnessons Betongborrning, and Maskin Väst, and that the average remaining lease term is 6.5 years.
