Starry Sky Chinese (06698): Zheng Li has been appointed as the sole company secretary

Zhitong Finance App News, Starry Sky Chinese (06698) announced that Ms. Leung Yuhan (Ms. Leung) has resigned as the Company's Joint Company Secretary, the Company's authorized representative under section 3.05 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Limited Securities Listing Rules, and the Company's authorized representative (Legal Procedure Documents Agent) to receive legal process documents and notifications on behalf of the Company in Hong Kong in accordance with the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Hong Kong Laws), and will no longer act as a joint company secretary, authorized representative and legal procedure agent under the listing rules;

Ms. Wang Yan (Ms. Wang) has resigned as Joint Company Secretary and will no longer serve as Joint Company Secretary from December 28, 2025; and

Ms. Zheng Li (Ms. Zheng), who has the necessary qualifications and experience as required under sections 3.28 and 8.17 of the Listing Rules, has been appointed as the Company's sole company secretary, authorized representative under the Listing Rules and agent for legal proceedings with effect from December 28, 2025.
