According to the terms and conditions of the placement agreement, the joint placement agent has placed a total of 5.136,000 placed shares to no less than 6 undertakers at a price of HK$58.41 per placed share, which is equivalent to about 1.81% of the H shares and about 1.31% of the total number of shares expanded through allotment and issuance immediately after the placement was completed.
