On December 22, 2025, the company received a “Notice Letter from Yonghui Supermarket Co., Ltd.” (“Yonghui Supermarket”), a shareholder holding 5% or more of the shares. Yonghui Supermarket plans to reduce its holdings of the company's shares by no more than 13.6 million shares through centralized bidding, accounting for no more than 1% of the company's total share capital; it plans to reduce its holdings of the company's total share capital by no more than 27.2 million shares through bulk transactions, accounting for no more than 2% of the company's total share capital.
